Online banking is a simple, efficient way to manage your finances from the comfort of your home! Search for our Mobile Banking App to take Credit Union of the Rockies with you everywhere you go.

To sign up for Online Banking you will need a temporary PIN (your PIN is your password, NOT your ATM/Debit PIN). Please contact Credit Union of the Rockies at 303-273-5200 for this information.

Once you have your temporary PIN (NOT your ATM/Debit PIN) follow the instructions here for a step-by-step guide to complete the required security update.

Online Banking Security Update Instructions

  1. Click the Online Banking logo located at the top left of our Home page.
  2. Enter your Credit Union of the Rockies account number, your temporary PIN (NOT your ATM/Debit PIN) and the random code displayed. Remember, the random code is case-sensitive.
  3. Check the “I accept”' box for the Online Banking Disclosure.
  4. You must create three security questions. Remember that your answers are case-sensitive. Credit Union of the Rockies does not have the ability to reset your security questions; we only can reset your password for Online Banking.
  5. Enter a security key at the bottom, a set of characters or word(s) that are used to verify you are on the correct site. You will not enter your security key during login; it is only used for verification purposes.
  6. Enter a valid email address.
  7. Hit “finalize” and you will be taken to your account where you have access to all your Credit Union of the Rockies accounts.

Request Deletion of Your Online Banking Data

If you would like to delete your online banking data at Credit Union of the Rockies, you may use the following options:

  • Call us at 303-273-5200;
  • Send us a secure message through Online or Mobile Banking;
  • Email

**If you are unable to login to your account because you are locked out or if there is an inaccurate address on file please call us at 303-273-5200. Calling us is the only way we can unlock your Online Banking.**
