To visit our Rockies Rewards website, you will need to log into your online banking and navigate to the Rewards link within your account.

*Cash back earned by the cardholder can only be redeemed as a statement credit and cannot be redeemed as a cash deposit into a member’s account. The minimum cash back amount that can be redeemed is $25.00, or 2,500 points, and a $5.00 fee will be applied using a member's credit card points. Therefore, the cardholder must cash in 3,000 points to receive a statement credit of $25.00 to also cover the fee.

What type of card(s) can you earn rewards points with?
You can only earn rewards points with your Credit Union of the Rockies Credit Card(s). Points cannot be earned on debit cards purchases.

How do I earn rewards points and cash back with my CUR credit card?
Rewards points, or 1% cash back, are awarded for qualifying purchases using your Credit Union of the Rockies Credit Card. For every dollar spent on a qualified purchase, you will receive 1 reward point.

How can I find my rewards and what type of rewards are available?
To view your current point balance and the available rewards options, you will need to log into your online banking through www.cu-rockies.org and navigate to the Rewards link within your account.

Where do I go to redeem my rewards points?
To redeem your rewards points, log in to your online banking through www.cu-rockies.org and navigate to the Rewards link within your account or call the customer service department at 855.522.1247.

Will my points be combined if there is more than one person on my Credit Union of the Rockies credit card account?
If more than one credit card has been issued for the same loan account, the points earned from each card will automatically be pooled together into one available point balance.

How do I redeem my cash back?
Cash back earned by the cardholder can only be redeemed as a statement credit. The minimum cash back amount that can be redeemed for statement credit is $25.00. An additional fee of $5.00, or 500 points, will be applied using the cardholder’s points when redeeming cash back.

How do I redeem my points on fuel?
You may redeem your Rockies Rewards points at the pump or inside at the register by swiping your Credit Union of the Rockies credit card at a participating fuel retailer. Participating retailers include Shell and BP. If the cardholder has at least 2,000 Rockies Rewards points available, they will receive a message on the pump or at the register asking if they would like to use 2,000 points to get $0.50 off per gallon, up to a maximum of 20 gallons.

Are there any additional fees involved with the program?
There will be an additional charge added for taxes and fees when redeeming your points for a reward. Taxes and fees will vary based on the type of reward you select.

Will my points expire?
Yes, points will expire on the last day of the month, three (3) years after the date of issuance. Expiring points will be displayed on your monthly statement so that you are aware and can use your points before they expire.

If my credit card is lost or stolen, will my rewards points be transferred to my new account?
The credit union has a process to link up points from your previous card should you need a new 16-digit card number. In some instances, the process for ordering your card may not transfer because of human-error.
